This explains what we do with the details you give us when you send an enquiry through this website.

What we collect

Your name, email address and, if you give them, your phone number, offer, rental term and message. We also record the time of the enquiry and the internet address it came from, to protect the form against abuse.

Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to complete the sale or rental of the domain. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of abuse. We do not send marketing, and we never sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing.

Who handles it

Enquiries are stored on our own servers in Ireland. Emails are delivered through Amazon Web Services in the EU (Ireland region), which acts only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a sale or rental are deleted after 24 months. Records of a completed sale or rental are kept for as long as Irish tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by sending a message through the enquiry form. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
